Jimmy Smith is an American advertising creative and author. He is currently Group Creative Director at TBWA/CHIAT/DAY in Los Angeles where he created Gatorade's "That's G" campaign.〔(TBWA\C\D Makes Senior Creative Moves )〕 Before TBWA/CHIAT/DAY, Mr. Smith was EVP Executive Creative Director at BBDO where he worked on Motorola and Creative Director at Weiden+Kennedy in Portland where he worked on Nike Basketball and created the "Battlegrounds" TV series for Nike on MTV.〔(Jimmy Smith Bio )〕 == Author == Smith has written two books. The first, entitled "Soul of the Game", was written in 1997 about the raw, physical beauty of street basketball.
